David Finch

David Finch - Managing Director

I joined Cephas back in 1995 as a part time care assistant, during the last 20 years I have worked in many departments within the company, becoming Managing Director in 2004 my role is to manage the Company on a day to day basis and to look at strategic planning, company expansion and company finances. I enjoy my role and have a passion to ensure Cephas is a key player in the care market within East Anglia.

Rachel Robertson

Rachael Robertson - Associate Operations Director

I started working in Residential Care with people who had physical and learning disabilities. Following this I became an NVQ assessor, supporting students to gain the knowledge and skills to work in a variety of different care settings.

I began assessing for Cephas Care and I observed the passion and support within their Residential Homes. As soon as a position became available at Cephas, I started work with them in 2008. Initially I worked as deputy manager with Cephas. More recently I have supported the deregistration of our 4 Residential Homes, which are now Supported Living, and setting up new supported living schemes across Suffolk. I recently took on the role of Operations Manager and oversee and support all services delivered within Cephas Care.

Alison Finch

Alison Finch - Associate Business Support Director

I joined Cephas on 7th April 2005, I was employed part time two afternoons a week to sort through the archiving. I then helped out on reception I enjoyed this and stayed there full time for about 2 years.

As the company grew I started to help in the HR department where I was eventually moved to full time. I took some time out in 2007 when I had my son, when I came back to work I started to assist with the process of payroll.

I have now been with Cephas Care for 10 years and now I am the Business Support Manager overseeing payroll, accounts, HR functions and purchasing. I enjoy the challenges and the variety that this role brings.

Sam Smy

Sam Smy - Associate Business Director

I joined Cephas Care in 2008 as a support worker, whilst I enjoyed this role I felt it was time for a change and that I wanted to further my career within business. The position of Rota Assistant based at Head Office was advertised which was suitable as it meant I could remain within the care industry which I had grown a strong passion for. I continued within this role for 6years until my return from maternity leave where I became the Logistics & Finance Coordinator for. The responsibility of this role expanded as the company has grown and has since lead me to become Business Manager, I now work alongside the senior management team of Cephas to support areas of finance & development within the company

Debbie Whitehead

Debbie Whitehead - Area Manager

I have been in the care industry for 25 years. I have had a myriad of roles ranging from support worker to refugee advisor to advocate and I have worked across the eastern counties, north east Scotland and Italy.

I have been at Cephas for 8 months and along with Sam Macey we oversee the Support to live at Home and Learning Disability Department.

Sam Macey

Sam Macey - Area Manager

I started working in Residential care with people with learning disabilities straight from leaving school, which I did for about 8 years till I moved to Ipswich where I then started at Cephas care in 2002 as a senior support worker.

I have then over the years progressed through the levels within Cephas to my current position as Cluster Manager. I have also completed many training courses including NVQ level 2 and 3 and NVQ assessor award, Teamleader level 2 and Business and Admin Level 2 and I have just started working on my Level 5.

Beverley Green

Beverley Green - Support to Live at Home Manager

My Name is Beverley Green having previously worked for Cephas I have recently returned to take the position of Support To Live At Home Manager, I am very passionate about Person Centered Planning and making sure that our clients are receiving the care they need, want and deserve. I have worked within the Care industry for over 15 years and I have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and am now working towards my Level 5' her job title is 'Support to live at Home Manager.

Ashley Noakes

Ashley Noakes - Learning Disability Care Delivery Manager

I have been working within the care and support industry since 2012 and at the age of 18 this was very scary, however throughout my time at Cephas Care I have built upon my knowledge and skills as a support worker. I have progressed with Cephas Care throughout my career and have been a Deputy Team Leader as well as a Team Leader, this job is something I am very passionate about and this shows on a day to day basis, I have achieved my Level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and am hoping to start my Level 5 soon. As part of my job role I enjoy going out and visiting customers and ensuring they are leading a fulfilled life.

Rhiannon Read - East Care Delivery Manager

I Began working for Cephas in 2015 as a support worker. I had never done care before but found my passion whilst working for Cephas. In 2016, I became West Team Leader, covering assessments, risk assessments, and working with other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible. In 2017, I became West Care Delivery Manager & I completed my QCF. In 2018, I became East Care Delivery Manager, and hope to progress further in my training.

Cheryl Mallet

Cheryl Mallet - Deputy Auditing and Continuous Improvement Manager

I have worked for Cephas for 10 years this year. I started as a Support Worker and have worked my way up to Deputy Community Support Manager. Prior to working for Cephas, I worked for Allington Care Services, which was NHS based, working with Children with either severe physical disabilities or behaviour that challenges their environment. Prior to coming into the Care sector I worked at Sidegate School in the Area Support Centre for Children with Special Needs and on the inclusive programme for integration into main stream schooling. I am married with 1 daughter and 3 grand-children.

Sally Lee - Registered Manager of Clarence House

I have been managing care homes, for 13 years and have worked as a carer and Senior carer. I have a degree in Leadership and Management and level 3 & 4 in Health & social Care, qualifications in Parkinson's, Huntingdon's and Dementia Care.

I have worked in a variety of services, Young Physically disabled, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis , Parkinson's , Huntingdon's disease and Elderly.

I have opened, commissioned and designed my own 13 bedded Dementia wing, Multiple sclerosis respite room and came 5th in the UK for Designing environments for people living with Dementia.

I am passionate about making a difference to residents lives and using innovative ideas to improve their wellbeing.
