It is important to Cephas Care that all the people we support remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. We ensure that their wishes are met in all areas of life.

It is essential that people feel secure and that the quality of their lives is rich and rewarding.

Mutual trust is a foundation stone of our philosophy. Being prepared to go ‘the extra mile’ can make the difference between feelings of acceptance rather than rejection. Having time to work through difficulties promotes security, stability, and consistency. In a caring atmosphere everyone is encouraged to participate and contribute; thus developing self-esteem and a sense of responsibility and independence.
