Careers

Our Purpose

With a new leadership team commencing from June 2022, it is an exciting time to be part of positive organisational change. Our focus is driving a culture that communicates our commitment to our values and the development of our people through providing a healthy working environment. This includes positive training examples, platforms for knowledge sharing, elevation of employee voice and transparency as we work together to shape our future and continuously improve the excellent care we provide to those we support.

Our people are at the centre of this, and so we remain dedicated to growing our own talent, with a high proportion of all leadership positions being recruited to inhouse.

For those just beginning their careers, we provide induction training for all new starters, delivered by in-house trainers that have also actively worked in care settings. There are several pathways to explore within the care sector, whether you’re looking to progress to a senior role, a specific specialism, or a supportive function such as HR or Administration; we will provide further support and training opportunities as you explore your passions.

Care is an incredibly rewarding sector to work in, we would encourage anyone considering a role in the industry to contact us.
