At Cephas Care we take all concerns seriously. The care of those we are entrusted with supporting is of paramount importance to us and we treat all concerns or complaints very seriously.
In the first instance, please direct any concern to the manager of the service who will endeavour to acknowledge your concern and properly respond within 5 working days of receiving your concern.
If, however, you remain dissatisfied with the response or the way in which your concern has been handled, we would encourage you to read the enclosed complaints policy which will outline the next steps to take.
